    What part is confusing you?

Each switch has a unique Bridge ID Which consists of a Priority Value (Which is default 32768) and its MAC Address.

the Priority ID in all of the Bridge IDs are compared, the switch bridge id with the lowest real number priority ID is the root bridge. IF all of the priority ID's are the same, then the MAC addresses are compared, and the lowest mac address is the root bridge.

I am talking more of just the frames. How the frames move in the process and who initiates the process. I understand how it is elected, but the process the BDPU's is what i am after. They have a video of the BDPU's movin' around and showing the steps.

    Like this network:

I just don't understand. This still isn't really making much sense. Am i just over thinking it?
