I've had my share of cavaties. Too much soft drink I guess
Oh and I have to be a nerd and comment about the soft drink and fat thing...
The soft drink isn't what makes you fat, it is your body and how it processes your daily intake.
You can have a group of people intake double their daily amount of carbs, and have some increase in size by 15% in a month while some others will only increase by 5%.
You might say "Well that 5% is still an increase, so they got fatter" but studies show further that some people actually increase in MUSCLE size from eating more, rather than having an increase in FAT.
Studies have also shown that at some point during life (pre puberty and during puberty) our body comes up with a "natural weight" for itself, and your body tries its hardest to create that weight. So that means, in order for a person to lose weight and keep it off (when their body wants them to be fatter), they would have to control their calorie intake down to the number (I think scientists said their is a leaniency of 7 per day? Idk).
Totally off topic, I know, but I recently watched a documentary on a study relating to ^ so I figured I would share since you guys were talking about health/fat.
