Can't use two factor authentication to recover account

Know this is for bans or disputes but can't post elsewhere or make a new account to post.

How can I get access to my account again if I have taken google authenticator off my phone?

Am I able to have it removed by staff? I have access to the email the account was made on and the IP will match

Hi,

I can't access my account "sj709" because I deleted the google authenticator app off of my phone and forgot that I had two factor authentication set up.

I have access to the email and only discovered this when I tried to reset my password after being away for a while.

Could the two factor authentication be removed so I can log in again?

Yea it's a college IP though. Please send an email from your registered email to [email protected] referring to this thread. What is your recovery phone number/svu? I see you have it set.

 

I posted a thread a week ago regarding removal of 2fa from my account SJ709 and didn't hear anything back from email so just making sure my emails actually were being received.

Just wanted to be able to trade on sythe again
