Cant seem to request password change

So I've forgotten my Sythe password, but I'm still logged in on my Mozilla browser on Sythe, so I head over to my account settings and try to change my password and go through the email process, but when it says "we've sent an email" the email doesn't show up in my gmail so I can change my password?

I'm using the exact email addess which is connected with my Sythe account?

This same problem exists when I try to sign into Sythe using Chrome, and it asks for email verfication because I don't have 2FA connected on my account. I just can't seem to get the email to come through and allow me to change password etc.

A Mod can PM me if he wants proof I own the exact email address that is connected on this account. Not sure whats going on though.

 

You'll just have to change your email, start using a gmail, link the gmail to the account and do the password recovery
