Cant remove email from Runescape account?

So I'm planning on selling my old school pure on either here or PA, so I'm going through all the steps to prepare it for market.

I went to remove my registered email which is tied to the account but the option isn't there. I searched online for a guide on how to do it but all the guides showed a different version of the account management page where there is an option to remove the email, however when I look on mine the only option under email preferences is to change the email.

Any ideas? Thanks

What i know, after you set email you can only change it. State in your description that email will be changed to theirs upon purchase.

Tell them that you've lost access to your registered email/ don't remember the password. They'll most likely remove it.
