Can't Open SCAR Scripts -- HELP!!

Hey, I have like 20 SCAR scripts and they all end in .scar

When I double click on one of them to open it so I can copy paste the script onto SCAR, it keeps saying:

To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer.

What do you want to do?
-Use the Web service to find the appropriate program
-Select program from a list

What does that have to do with my question? And FYI, I did get scar from that site, but I'm talking about opening the scripts themselves. It keeps saying windows cannot recognize what created the scripts. They ALL end in .scar btw!
