could someone please help with scar 2.03

hi i need help with scar 2.03every time i go to run the program it says: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have permission to access the item. its really starting to annoy me to hell if it helps when i installed scar at the end where it says launch scar 2.03 it said:
Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files\Scar 2.03\scar.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 5.
Access is denied
i have also tried the newest version of scar but got the exact same messages could someone please help me with my annoying problem

 

SCAR 2.03 doesnt work anymore, after the clan chat update only SCAR 3.11 Divi works now.

 

I think you mean SRL? Cause it has nothing to do with SCAR..

Also, you AV might be blocking you from opening SCAR?

 

SCAR 2.03 is outdated, go to www.freddy199.com for scar 3.11. Then go to www.srl-forums.com for SRL 4.0
