Cant link Sythe on Steam

Is Sythe suddenly not safe or was this done by people and they just don't want steam users accessing Sythe?

You get this message when linking it. I linked a friend to Vegeta's cs thread.

 

Probably this. Added to a blacklist due to steam ToS violations.

More likely than being a false positive from some kind of security check.

 

Steam isn't known for being helpful. They got an F in customer service from BBB, they are notorious for giving bot responses and replying weeks, if not over a month later. I wouldn't hold my breath for a helpful response, but I'll submit a ticket.

Edit: I was thinking it was possibly what Laptop said but I wanted to make sure if it was either that or they were serious about what was written.

 

There's the point where should or would a multibillion dollar company care if they stop people from getting here? Jagex is also a fraction of what Valve is worth. The damage being done is incomparable. I believe a site was hacked not too long ago, I think it was a gold seller's site, where people downloaded something upon entering the site. I gave the link to a friend and he said it was blocked which was a surprise to me because that wasn't always the case till now. Now I don't know much about these kinds of things as you do, you probably have inside info from chat histories, but I just guessed it could be something similar so I wanted to make sure first. I'll assume it's just Valve preventing people from entering this site.
