Cant create a new account

So i just asked for my account "meditator10" to be banned so that i am able to create a new account under a different name. But when i go to make a new account it still says that only 1 account per ip adress is allowed and to appeal the ban. Are you able to help me?

Use a proxy or VPN or something to just create a new account
