Cannot login or reset password.

So after the migration, i have not been able to login into my account at all. Its given me server issues, says then I am locked out of the account, as well as incorrect password.
When i try to do the email for resetting password, i type the new one in? However it says no account specified?
I don't know what's going on at all. If possible, maybe its locked out or banned somehow?
If you guys can, reset the password to your on liking of a random thing, and send it to the email specified to see if that works i guess.
