Candarin scammed me $4

Candarin beat me in a $100.00 dice duel. Like he instructed before we rolled, the loser would send the payment as a gift so there would be no fees on the winner. I lost, then proceeded to send him $100 (+ pay ~$3.20 in fees).

We then agreed to do double or nothing and by sheer luck I won. However, instead of sending the payment as a gift, Candarin went back on his own rules and sent the $100 as goods and services. (Instead of him paying the fees, I did.)

tl'dr - I lost to him, payed $3.20 in fees. He lost to me and I again had to pay ~$4 in fees. When he beat me, he received $100 from me. When I beat him, I received only $96.80.
