He sent me money through paypal for my rsgp (the trade initially was $40.25 for 115m rs3 gp he would go first)
He said he would said money over as gift and he would cover fees. When I received the money it was sent as a donation, and fees have taken out some money. I told him I wanted as a gift so there would be no fees and I wouldn't have to worry about him refunding the money. He said he there was not gift option and gift and donation were the same. Then he said he sent as a gift but since they are the same thing it says donation. Later he said that it was an accident he sent as a gift. I told him I wasn't giving him the gp and I am going to return the money. When he sent the money to me there were fees, so I wasn't going to refund the amount before fees. And also when he received the money it would be less, be I stated I wouldn't cover fees in the trade. He started to say give me my money or he is going to call the cops on me. At the end I finally returned the amount of money I recieved and he called me a scammer cause he loss $3 since I didn't cover fees, which I stated I would not.

Nothing to ban him off based of this report. It seems like a misunderstanding that you two sorted out. If anything else arises, just PM me/post another dispute.
