Can someone kill Zulrah for me

I have one task left on Western Provinces hard and it's to kill Zulrah. I don't have good armor or anything so you will have to tell me what to buy. 1m or so budget. I can pay you like 300k but I'm pretty poor. here are my stats

I'd do it for free but I don't even know what Zulrah is. (Probably a new monster?) those stats are pretty high though. I'd say look up a guide and do it yourself? It'll save you some money and you'll learn something from it. Goodluck!

I'm not really looking for tips lol..I don't want to have a debate on whether or not I should kill it myself or get someone to do it..I just want someone to kill it for me, that is all lol..
