    Can someone explain accountwarehouse's logic.

    I sold them an account recently (as in 8 hours ago), they have the email recovery verification, blah blah blah. Everything is good to go yet they can't send the payment until they actually secure the account and they'll pay within 24 hours of that. It's a bit of a fucking annoyance not knowing when you're actually going to get paid for your account, sitting with my dick in my hand waiting on them to even secure it in the first place even though I've provided them with everything they need as well as them okaying everything. I just would imagine or would've expected that you know once you provide everything they're requesting and the information is verified they'd secure the account then and there and send payment after. It seems incredibly unorganized and simply lazy the way they're currently doing it. I'd much rather being playing LMS on my main but instead its sitting logged out while I wait for them to eventually secure it? I guess this has mainly turned into a rant post but I just don't fucking get it and I sold an account worth quite a bit of money and was under the impression payment and communication wouldn't have such a wide time frame for simply swapping over emails and sending a Zelle payment. I want my God damn money.

    Yes I received payment after 18 hours. (Why it takes 18 hours for them to pay out is beyond me but what can you do) If I had to guess it's because only 1 MAYBE 2 people have access to their account for sending payments and basically it's dependent on when those few can send them. Which is incredibly inconvenient in all honesty. Idk I got paid so like I said it is what it is but just having them secure the account within one hour, me expecting you know payment then because it was, only having to wait 18 hours is just meh. Anyway yes I did.

    They do this this to literally like you said "To secure the account". Any good business would do this to be honest man. They even mention it before you sell them the account.

    I'm not sticking up for them, but you should always ask reasoning behind something directly to the company.

    They secured the account within 1 hour of myself providing them the information, including recovery tests, etc. I wasn't worried about the legitimacy of the trade one bit, but the fact the only step really remaining on their end is simply swapping the email over to a new account and issuing payment shouldn't take 18 hours. Anyway just providing feedback from my experience. Overall it was fine and their customer service is fine but the fact the payment window is 1 hour or 24 hours is a bit silly. Meaning your point as them needing that time to secure the account isn't exactly true. Regardless, nobody died.

    Maybe they have a specific reason for the 18 hours like the guy went to lunch or he was dealing with other orders. You got the money in less than 24 hours. That is better than most banks and payment providers.
