[Buying] Smithing and Runecrafting Skillers

All accounts must meet all requirements i am asking for. Accounts don't have to be created already, we can agree to get the accounts made from scratch.

Preferably a new account with no email set

Smithing Account
Smithing level 35+ Must have access to Blast furnace with a Coal bag + dwarf cannon quest for cannonballs

Runecrafting Account
54 Runecrafting + Troll Stronghold + Enlightened Journey

If you are a quester and skiller, i would also like a quote on lunar diplomacy including all pre quests + skills needed from scratch.

99 smithing $100

99 Smithing is to high and that's to expensive, i was expecting 85-86 smithing for about 55m like you mentioned in a different post. Thank you for the Update/
