Please bare with me as this is my first scamm report.
Now Id like to verify this isn't a attack on Joe Watts, He has been somewhat helpful. But theres not much he can do to recover account when TottieGod is the One who said he was basically the OO and he could recover for me if ever need be... He bought the account as well but he said he was the first one to set the email and said he couldn't give to me because it was his personal. He hasn't been back online yet to help so Im not saying 100% he wont. But most of my friends who've done a lot of scam reports told me to throw it up just in case.. Ive got further pictures of our convos but most of it has details I don't want people to get info off the thread. So if A mod can tell me if this is a closed thread Ill upload the case sensitive details happily..
In my defense, there were no TOS on the orginal thread, So I had stated this to Joe Watts after the fact that I found out he wasn't the OO after I bought the account. I didn't ask so that is partially my fault..

Me contacting Tottie today ^^^^^ Now as I stated before he hasn't be back on sythe thus me assuming he hasn't read his discord either. So once again im not saying he wont help recover but this is just a pre cautionary measure.

So as I stated before If more pictures are needed please tell me and I can upload, this can all be resolved with Tottie or Joe getting together and helping to recover the account that I paid 370m for! If that cannot happen Id just like the 300m back that I had stated since there wasn't any TOS from the seller. I apologize for the inconveniences but I had to throw this up as a precautionary measure.Look forward to hearing from all parties involved..

There wasn't any TOS on his side of the deal, I had stated this because of that. Im pretty sure he didn't think he needed any due to the fact Tottie is highly vouched for...

 

I've given @Joe Watts a DNT for the time being, if there were no TOS agreed to then he will need to assist getting the account back, if this cannot be done, he will need to refund the amount paid

 

Sounds good, Im hoping this doesnt have to end this way and account can be recovered and secured so Joe can go freely and everyones happy. Thus being said Joe has stayed in contact, just waiting on TottieGods help.

 

i also bought an acc from someone and TottieGod was oo and it seems like he recovered it. Will post soon not sure if thats whats going on. EDIT LINK: TottieGod

Im hoping this isnt a scam quit... And after reading TottieGods TOS: Im hoping thats just coincidence..

 

Tottie provided incorrect recovery information - assured NO ONE had access to the account except for him. And I get DNT and am fully responsible for damages?

 

@Joe Watts - You are responsible for the account sale to @ELDER_MAUER, he will need to be refunded then you are free to open a report on @TottieGod who has been DNT'd in the meantime.

Customer (Victim) Elder - Understood that I was not OO and accepted Risk when purchasing account.

Middle Man (Victim) - Me - Flipped account for profit.

Responsible for account (Culprit) - Tottie (Lied and stole account back as well as 3 others known to date).

I'll give Elder the profit margin I made on the account as a settlement.
But I'm not paying for a scammer's leftovers.

 

Please show me your TOS that states that you are not liable for account recovery

@ELDER_MAUER did not go into an agreement with @TottieGod, you are responsible for repaying him, and then you can open up a dispute on @TottieGod.

 

Wait, I just spoke with Tottie, He said he will try and help recover the account so will see how that goes.

 

@Pendulum TottieGod, Has changed email back to mine and im im possession of account for the time being! Ive asked him to give me those fine details that helped recover. So once i get those ill be 100% Happy and we can close. Ill keep you updated when he messages me back. Also this should be good news to @Joe Watts.

 

Definitely a relief, but I'd like out of this arrangement between you and Tottiegod as I'm being held liable for any and all of his actions by Admin. You happy to deal exclusively with Tottiegod now Elder and remove me from all association after you receive recovery information?

 

Until I recieve a full set that works man, i dont think admins will allow that since you and I did the trade not me and Tottie.
