Buying a clean level 3.

[Trackster]

I am looking to buy a level 3 account with nothing leveled, 10 hp of course. I am looking mostly for non-email logins, but I will accept email logins, if it comes with the email that it is created from.

I am paying Rsgp, or Endacia gp for the account.

Requirements:

1. Must be combat level 3, with no combat stats leveled.

2. Must be non email login, or come with the email it corresponds to.

3. If the account has anything leveled, it must only be at max 1 skill. I am not looking to pay to much.

What about separate price of #2 and #3? I am looking at buying an account from you the most, if the price is right.
