Buying veteran cape account.

[Trackster]

I am looking to buy an account that has a veteran cape equipped to the character. Account must be level 3 combat, everything can be level 1 for all I care.

Details on the account:

1. Must never have had recoveries registered.

2. If it has an email on it we change to mine

3. No combat stats can be 2 or higher

4. Everything can be one, but I will still buy if some stats are raised.

Post what you have, and how much Rsgp you are looking for.

sounds to me like your looking to start a level 3 skiller
prob not interested if this is the case, but i have a few low levels with veteran/classic capes
i made a thread to sell these a while back but never received much interest
make me an offer on any of them via pm, or hit me up on msn
you'll find i'm very reasonable

That is 100% true. I do not like combat accounts, no idea why. I'm more of a skiller guy.
