Bursting Vs. Stringing

Not down to stun alch, way too click intensive. Wondering with current prices if I should burst or string from 83-94 mage on my zerker? I splash fire strikes overnight. Are gold amulets the only ammies used for stringing mage exp?

 

Gold amulets are probably the only unstrung amulets that are available in large enough quantities to viably cast string amulet. Using current osbuddy prices it's ~4.3 gp/xp. Not sure how much gp/xp bursting is, probably around the same. They both have similar xp/hr rates too.

 

Bursting was around 4 to 7gp/xp back when I did it depending on your magic level. It's worth bearing in mind that I was 99 prayer though so the price of prayer pots was insignificant.

 

Bursting will cost more most likely, but it will be faster.

 

Stringing is looking like the best option atm, especially considering it's afk.

 

I'd say string it, it's much more afk-able.

 

I would go splash with higher spells.

Well your looking for less clicking and more afk.
I would just suggest splashing with higher spells because magic training ain't cheap.

 

Try superheating, it's quite good xp too. Around 125k/ph

 

How much is the gp loss though? I'm getting around the same exp stringing.

True. Blowing 25M is a lot for me, adding even more to that isn't really an option even if it is the best afk possible.

 

Stringing should be a little cheaper and afk able but slower total time.

 

stringing is slow imo
