    The best thing to do for you is to go to a park nearby and workout at the park do chin ups , pushups, go for some jogs, bicep curls with the weight, pushups and sit ups will be key for chest/triceps and core. You can also even do parkour.

    Bulking up

    increase your calories with 1000 and start counting macros make sure your don't eat to much fat.
