Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I made a poor decision by scamming 6mil 07 for a small Zaros trade. I won't give you a story, and the runaround BS, I am owning up to my mistakes, what I did just was wrong, in a bad situation and I did it. I am sorry, sorry to blessed who I took the 6m from, and how it affected him.

I have offered to pay back the seller, he did not want to take it. I am now asking to please be un-TWC and pay admin the 6mil 07, until he accepts the refund. Reason why I did what I did, was due to me taking on too much work, I had just gone over my head and I reached the point of no return. Very stupid decision to make, however it did happy and now I am wanting to take care of my mistakes.

Anything else you wish to say: The person did mention it was 30m 07, which just is not true. However I am happy to pay extra due to the time past. I also did offer to pay him back about a year ago, he declined. Proof:
