@King knows my email as a proof its not the one in the gyazo (emil in our skype convo)
User has been on 2-3 times since i messaged him that he has recovered the acc back and ignored me.

 

I'm not after banning anyone, if user is going to claim he didn't recover then simply recover it back to me.

 

Issued a DNT to @blet until a moderator handles this. Nice deal you've had going on there though, if I'm not mistaken an I-Owe-You deal resulted in @mmorpg his previous TWC, but I'll also leave that to the moderator who will be handling this.

 

User has been banned for attempting to scam.

@RussianUmad Can you explain why you were gonna wait 7 days to pay? We do not allow "I-OWE-YOU's".

 

I'm not borrowing so it doesn't qualify as an "I-OWE-YOU" I buy the accounts so it becomes mine the moment they agree to the payment system by their choice, not forcing anyone. They usually end up recovering the next day or immediately after I pay them so 7 days wait period is enough for me to make a profit without losing money. I explain to all of them that once they agree to this, it means the account is mine and all they have to worry about is getting paid. Once the account is mine I'm free to do anything with it as its mine. They're selling the account with the intent of either recovering or getting rid of it. If theyre recovering then im safe, if theyre not recovering then im still paying them the amount discussed. Bought over 10 accounts that way, paid all users their money and some ended up recovering and some didn't.
