Blackhat rule update

I "advice" that this be reversed. Black-hat leads to scamming, or endangering someones possessions or personal lives. Why is this suddenly a topic that's up for discussion? What exact reasoning (insert users name) is behind this even being brought up?

What I read from this is:

User A has a hackforums account and has ratted/scammed/phished but never directly affected Sythe.org, therefore he has done nothing wrong and should not be punished? That's fucked.

can you define "ratted" please. also, im curious, what in your opinion makes these individuals different from those who buy/sell gold, accounts, items or bot. cheating is cheating.
