How to sell Bitcoins with little to no fees

Hey,

Basically a simple question but something I come across to everyday. I really wish to sell all my bitcoins for 100% but there's a fee basically on all websites I'd like to sell it to. I like to sell it to @Kaii mostly for 100% as he's the only one who buys it for bank transfer, but sadly he doesn't buy it for 100% at all times.

I've sold it on BTCDirect once aswell, but there's a fee of atleast 11 euros for a $1000 transaction. This is a fee I'll survive but still I'd love to sell my bitcoins for a better rate. Would it be possible to sell my bitcoins for PayPal and then store my PayPal funds back to my bank without a high fee, or is there a fee for that aswell?

Any other options? Would love to know, thanks.

 

Paypal --> bank withdrawal has no fee for us europeans, may be something to keep in mind.

 

LocalBTC is pretty good. Sometimes you can get above market rates which will reduce the associated fees.

 

Bl3p is a good Dutch/European exchange with IDEAL/SEPA deposits and withdrawals. I think fees are only like 0,25% to sell and then swap the euros to your bank.
It took me a while to get an account there though, but very worth it.

The exchange is owned by Bitonic.

 

Bitonic however had quite some fees too, so how is this site any different?

So you have a few options

1. Obviously Sythe
2. I have a mates who will buy it all for bank transfer depending on how much
3. You can go on Gdax and pay a 0.1% fee to sell with a 0% fee to transfer funds to your bank account ( which lets be real, unless you have $1m+, that fee is literally nothing)... the buyer will pay 0.25%

However, I am assuming that you are trying to sell without having to provide personal information...

That being said, you can make a localbitcoins account and have users send money direct to your bank account, and then send them the Bitcoin [you will not have to go first the taker always goes first on LocalBitcoin]..... I have done this a few times and it works great, and in fact, most people on Local Bitcoins sell for 105%+, so if you make a listing for 100%, you would instantly get a buyer(s)... or, you can sell on LocalBitcoins for 101% and make a little extra

Also, withdrawing PP funds to your bank account doesnt have a fee tied to it. If you get the person to "send money to friends and family", then withdraw that paypal money to your bank account, there should be no Fee ( maybe the sender will pay $5 fee ).

 

Bl3p is just a small exchange of Bitonic, its alot better fees vs Bitonic. You can sell your BTC at 100% market value but only have to pay 0,25% and I think €0,25 transaction fee to bank.

 

Make an account on Coinbase Pro | Digital Asset Exchange which is Coinbase and you pay way less fees there, then move the funds to Coinbase (no fees) then to your bank account.

Like @Butta and @Eazy E said is what I do also. Just remember on GDAX (coinbase pro) limit orders (excluding stop limits) have 0% comm and market orders have .25% comm depending how urgently you need to buy or sell you can basically get 0% fees.

When you transfer your bitcoin to coinbasepro, you will see this.

market order, limit order, stop limit. The market sell is instant for .25% commission, The limit order is placed on the order book and waits to be filled, which is basically why its 0%. Stop limit is also .25% commission which is there incase you want your crypto to sell if it goes down a certain amount. Basically market is instant, limit order needs to wait to be filled by setting a specified price and waiting for it to hit that price. And stop limit is basically used to manage your risk... if you don't want to sell your crypto but also don't want to lose 10% on it you can set it to sell at say... 6750, when it hits that number it will sell, if it just keeps going up in price it wont sell. Made an account but I'm in need of an invite code. Sadly I don't really meet the requirements, or atleast not as far as I'm aware of.

Just so you know, the most of my bitcoins are already on Coinbase, but it still costs quite a bit to send my bitcoins to my bankaccount.

I don't mind listing my personal information, I'm not here to scam anyone whatsoever.

So basically, you're advicing me to get a Localbitcoins account aswell? Currently I have one Coinbase and one Blockchain wallet.

 

It costs me a flat amount of 15cents to send EUR to my bank account.

 

Costs me atleast a fee of 15 euros. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

 

In case I have understood it correctly, you are trying to Withdraw BTC to your bank - Coinbase then does the selling for you and cuts the fees off automatically. In otherwords, you skipped the part of selling your BTC first and tried to withdraw instantly.

Go to Coinbase Pro | Digital Asset Exchange and withdraw the BTC and sell it on there. Once you have sold it for EUR, send the EUR back to the normal Coinbase and withdraw it to your bank.

Kraken.com is what I use for my SEPA transfer withdrawals. The fee is only like 50 cents in total counting in the BTC to EUR conversion fee and the withdrawal fee.

 

since you are okay with KYC/AML, just verify yourself on Coinbase pro. The fees are low (unlike coinbase). Coinbase is better if you are trying to sell Bitcoin repeatedly and have repeat customers buying. So yeah Coinbase pro or make a Binance account
