Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Was about 3 years ago and I bought some RSPS GP for a server I didn't play on and ended up giving the GP away instead of paying the client because he blocked me and wanted to get me banned instead, after the client traded me he would not respond he logged out and the next day he messaged me asking me why I teleported away and his friend messaged me, him and his friend then decided to attempt to dox me posting my name and my VPNS ip address so I decided against paying him for this reason. in this time I had given the SoulPlay GP away because of the lack of communication and I didn't play the server. The amount is so minor I have been trading with people for many years amounts exceeding 1b+ OSRS in many trades, I am happy to pay back the amount regardless just so we can all move forward and I can continue too use Sythe the correct way.

3) Profile: Apdar ; Ban Reason: Scamming ; Debt: $15.3 (As agreed rate was 12B for 50M 07 and 7B/12B is 58.3%, and 58.3% of 50M is roughly 29.15M, which at the time of August 2019 is equivalent to $15.3 (.525 (rate of GP/m at the time) *29.15 (amount of GP scammed))

Also in regard to this scam accusation that went unreported would you like to address it?

As for the $15.3 you can refund that to @john3242342. I believe based off the UID he listed on his market thread that his current Discord information is Gabos#6792 as that's the Discord ID that comes up with the UID he has advertised in his old threads with the UID being 244853543989805058 (please make sure the UID matches - A warning to all Discord traders). Please contact him and let me know if he's responsive as you have my Discord. If he's responsive I'll help confirm it's him, however if he's not, then I'll have you send the amount to the community repayment address. Please keep me updated, thank you.

You denied this allegation and there's no way to prove this to be true or not given the circumstances so this will be ignored here.

This has been repaid and proof of this is in a deleted post for staff.
