I'd steer clear. I setup a deal with this user all the way to the end, user then informed me he wasn't going first.
Fair enough, I don't require people to go first.
Users reasoning was that he got scammed by a $200 donor. I did a little research, saw no threads made by the user so I asked him where the thread was?
He said on his other Sythe account.. he sent me a link to a different Sythe and the person who "scammed" him wasn't even a donor.
Take my advice and avoid this.

I don't have to go first, I need to take precautions, I don't understand why you have come on here bad mouthing me when if you had a problem with how I do business you could have done this privately, I am legit I always will be legit. We could have easily gone our own ways.

This brought me a lot of joy.
Tried to buy 1.5b ikov for 20m 07, he didn't want to break it up into a few increments as his 100 post sythe account should be perfectly trustworthy :') . Apparently i'm also a staff "dick rider" because i wont trust him to go all in first. I have the conversations if anyone were interested. Trade with caution.
