Betrayed, What should i do?

Ok, so Friday morning my uncle came home from work and he said (im not going to say names) "Im sorry i have to tell you this but its best you hear it from me.. Last night i got a call from your cousin and he told me that he had sex with your girlfriend last night in the pool and that he didnt know i was going out with her." But i have significant evidence including txt that he knew. My Ex said she said no but he pulled her pants off, but i got a txt from my brother that said she enjoyed it.

Now, im thinking in my head, how is this possible? iv been roommates with him forever, i trusted him with my life, i treated him as a brother, i told him things i never told my actual brothers.

This situation has torn our family apart, my uncle disowned my aunt because she wouldnt let my cousin handle up and get an ass beating from me. My uncle told her that i wasnt going to send him to the hospital or give him stitches but he will get a black eye or a fat lip.

Now, im a very forgiving person but he crossed the line with me for the last time.

So basically should i forgive him one day? (Obviously not now or for a very long time) and iv told myself i dont care where i see him, but when i do i will beat his ass on the spot. I will never forgive my EX because she knew we were dating and she played me.

Should i forgive my aunt atleast or never?

You should forgive your aunt, because as a mother she's just trying to protect her son, as any good mother should do.

As for your cousin if he did know that she was your girlfriend, my best advice would be to fuck him up, I'm not a fan of violence or anything, but certain things just cross the line.


I'm sure you will end up forgiving him after some time has passed.

Alright first off the story makes no sense.

1. You said that she said that he took her pants off.... I thought they were in the pool? Why would she have pants on.

1: Forgive your aunt. As said before, she is only trying to protect her son.

2: If your cousin never knew you were going out with the girl, then it is of no fault of his and you should forgive him. If he did know then yea you have a right to be angry but always remember blood is thicker than water, family should always come first over a girl. Be angry with him but dont hold it against him. Why are you even mad at your aunt? It is a mother's job to protect the child from harm. So your uncle is in favour of letting harm come to his child?

What are you going to do about your girlfriend? It sounds like she was lying when she claimed basically that she was raped. So assuming that your girlfriend was lying she sounds like the kind of person that would put someone innocent in jail for years (no offence). Claiming to get raped is a big accusation. Also there is the obvious if she didn't really get raped: She cheated on you. Personally i'd dump her on the spot but thats me.

You should always put in mind that betrayal is very common; no matter how close you are to a person, you might get betrayed. You shouldn't be mad at your aunt; she's a mother, and she has every right to protect her son from any harm aimed at him. As for your cousin, try to text him or something, tell him to say the truth or it'll be the last time for you both to speak to each other and he probably will. If he says he didn't know that you both were going out, then you should just forgive him; but if he says he actually knew that you both were going out and he still had sex with her, then you should find him and knock the fuck out of him.

As i said in the first post, i have significant evidence portraying that he knew, and i told him face to face that we were dating.

Now my, uncle has to make do with my aunt because its putting their father (my gpaw) in sick condition, and supposedly he had one of those moments and was freaking out because of this situation.

So yes ill forgive my aunt, but idk if i can even face my cousin with linching his sorry ass like iv done before.

And yes, pants= bathingsuit.

I'd never take sides over my family and if you couldn't see yourself marrying this girl before he did that then get over it. For awhile i did see myself marrying her, later on in life, but i had personal doubts about her not in trust but as in a wife.

I would never forgive your cousin and I would never trust him again. He betrayed you and that's disgusting. I agree with KMJT though, your aunt has done nothing wrong, and she knows nothing good comes of violence, no matter how angry you might be.

As for your ex? Trash, excuse my language. You deserve better, just forget about her. If you heard it from your uncle and not her, then I wouldn't believe a word she has to say either. Why was she in a pool with your cousin anyway? Alone? Seems odd.

Definitely forgive your aunt, she is probably trying to keep peace, and defiantly trying to keep everyone out of jail.

Your cousin on the other hand is a more difficult situation. Honestly no one on here knows your life story so they can not give perfect advice, and I wouldn't do exactly what people on here say, because you are not them. You have to figure out how YOU will handle it. Whether it be fighting him, which I advise against, ignoring him forever, or forgiving him. Things like that take a long time to truly forgive though, if you ever can forgive him. He broke your trust, which I am assuming is worse then him actually having sex with your ex. You trusted him with everything, and he disregarded that and acted selfishly, for his own momentary gain. Trust is exceptionally hard to gain back. Personally I would try to keep calm and level headed when you see your cousin, as hard as that seems, it will keep you from possibly going to jail for assault. You should start by talking to him and explaining what you are thinking and how he broke your trust, and that you do not want to talk to him for a while, and that if he has any decency or respect for you he will give you your time and not try to talk to or bother you. Then you have as long as you like to figure out your course of action. If in 3 weeks you still feel like beating his ass, then well I guess that's what you will do lol.
