best weapon in rs3?

Don't play RS3 and was just wondering what the best weapon is now?

 

drygores for melee
nox staff for mage
nox bow for range tbh its on par with ascensions

 

Drygores are OP.

 

Mate all you need is ascensions.

 

Wrong.

Melee is drygores only.
Magic is nox staff for everything except pk'ing, KK Tank/Vorago.
Range is ascensions for everything except pk'ing and Tormented demons.

There is a huge difference between the dps of ascensions and a nox bow because of needle strike. Ascensions are the best DPS weapons in the entire game by 3-4% if you don't count the fact you can use debuff spells with magic.
