Nah, rapier is much better than a whip for training
It may be the best method for strength training as well, but I'm not sure.

Yeah I'd have to say Rapier, although charging it will be annoying if you don't like dung.

However, at 80+ Dung 20k tokens is easy as hell to get so it shouldn't be a problem.

okay well rapier is long in my future what is second best for strength, that is wieldable at 70-75 attk
