I believe the very best rapper to live was Biggie, man his flow, his lyrics. Just woah, you know he was the best. The best rapper alive today? I honestly don't have hope in the modern rap industry and believe all of them are garbage. Big L, Nas, Tupac and Biggie. That is all.
