How have the last 5 Global promotions been decided?

Finn - very active
Cfrey - very active
Giddy - was active
Me - was active
Verts - very active

The only ones that weren't decided by activity was Daily's and that's because he's been staff so long and done so much. Viper was promoted for being team lead of a huge forum and actually doing a lot.

As for admin, a lot of other factors play into getting admin as well as activity but I agree with you there, it's not just activity.

Edit: Sin666 wasn't technically promoted, but obviously she deserved it. She's like pro.

Yes, but you forgot X9 and Swan. Swan received it while he was away, but that shouldn't affect his promotion because he was active before that. X9, while he hasn't been active, has been a moderator for a long time, and it is the least he deserves. Sin, since promotion, has proved to be very active.

For Adminship however, a lot should be taken into consideration.

Benwise has been doing a great job from what I've seen, but thinking about a promotion so early wouldn't be the greatest thing to do. He needs to prove himself to the forums before he gets promoted I think.
