being muted and apology accepted

i was permanently muted and i sent an apology. it came back today (i was muted last night) saying apology accepted yet i still have 10.6 blackmarks and i am still permanently muted will the black marks go away and ill the muting cuz i have over 3m in cash and 4m in items on my lvl 78 account and im angry. i have 1131 total level and 115 quest points. and i just wanna know if i will ever get unmuted because the apology was accepted.

if the appolgy was accepted then u should be unmuted and if your not then keep sending messages asking them to unmute it thats what i did with my main

If you have more then 1 offence you have to appeal them all. And to send letters to them go to homepage, Give Us Feedback, Send a private letter and ask them then check your mailbox like 30 minutes- 1 hour later and they should have replied to it.

ok thanks and how long should it take to unmute my guy and also why would they check my mail box? also some of my offences were denied will that have any affect on my blackmarks being taken off?

Check your mailbox becuase thats where they reply to the private letter you sent in, And if some offences were denied you can't get those taken off but you can get like how ever many offences that were accepted off of the blackmarks.

no, you apologised, that means the marks will still remain on your account, and you'll still be perm muted. You'll only get unmuted if they did a mistake.

i think the request has to be accepted or something cos i got an account and had 18.5 blk marks = perm mute. the person i got off had about 9 apologys made so... i think they have to be accepted

ya if you just appologize u wont get any black marks off. You should of said they made a mistake cause u said they did but u apologized... so u pretty much said ur sorry and u did it... thats why never apologize on a appeal.

If it's about offensive language your best bet is telling them that you used to get angry and swear when losing big duels or when pking. Since pking/staking have both been removed/minimized you will be much better from now on.
