Need help with appeals

ok so heres my position.
Jagex had a new update and it unmuted some players but i didnt get mine unmuted BUT it got another Appeal. i am willing to pay a trusted member or anybody that has experienced with this before good money to get this account Unmuted. (i will only pay the money IF it gets unmuted. this will make you try harder and me to be more greatful). i dont know where this is supposed to go so i posted it here.

Questions i need answered too
1.if i make an apology and it gets accepted, will my blackmarks go down?
2.if they accept my apology will i get another last chance appeal?
3.if they accept they made a mistake will my blackmarks go down?
4. what happens if it gets denied?

 

u can send whatever u want. they accept or decline it automatically. if u send like: fucking unban me! u have the same chance of getting unbanned as when u send a nice story..

if it gets accepted ur blackmarks will go down, yes. if it gets denied ur black marks will remain at 10.1 outa 10 and u will remain muted.

if u appeal, dont post that u want to apologise cos they wont look at it and auto decline it. just put that jagex made a mistake or that some1 else had access to ur account.. although that will get ur acc locked and u might not get it back if u dont have enough info.

I will do it! my account was perm muted and now hes beeen un perm muted!! just look at how many offence's i did!
