Baseballflippa - Attempted scam

Found a very sketchy account selling thread from this member , http://www.sythe.org/characters-levels-150-200/1677412-selling-account-all-99s-30-bucks.html

I decided to investigate, and added the member on skype. He offered to let me look on the account , but when I logged in the account was only around level 100 with very low stats, clearly not what was promised on the title.

User also blocked me on skype after I pointed out how it was scamming to post that thread, and try to sell this account.
