BartonVodka training deal

Trade: I paid BartonsVodka 8m 07 to bot my pure 71-80 strength

Barton agreed to train my account last Tuesday in exchange for 07 gp. All went well for the first two days of training, Wednesday and Thursday. I attempted contact Friday with no response until yesterday. Yesterday he explained that he had been having connection issues and would be resuming that day. He did not resume training and as of now, there still has been no training done since Thursday.

I do not believe Barton is scamming me and I understand that life takes priority over a game. What I am asking for here is a fair, partial refund, so that I may hire someone else to complete this job for me. I have done the math to figure the percentage of training completed (using experience values) in correlation to the original agreement and it is just shy of 33%. I propose a fair refund of 2/3 of my payment of 8m which is 5.3m and that our business deal end there. If you need anymore information from me, please let me know.

NOTE: As of this time, I've not had contact with Barton since yesterday afternoon.

In this case there was no timeline specified in the order. Therefor there's really nothing to "rule" on. With that in mind - Barton will finish your order, or you can disallow him to be on your account and there will be no refund issued.

As for BartonVodka - you are to finish this order ASAP and will be treated as #1 priority. Please have this done quickly.

 

So apparently there's been four days without training, I'm gonna open this back up for now, I expect Barton to at least train a bit starting tomorrow or give a valid reason as to why he's not training.

Yes no exact timeline was established but there also shouldn't be 4 days with no XP gained, if this continues then I believe rekt should be entitled to a partial refund of what hasn't been completed

He did complete it, Rekt messaged me today on Skype (he's currently locked out of his acc cause of 2fa)
