Link to/reason for TWC: Baod services underpaying refund/threats

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: There was some un-acceptable behaviour/Words exchanged between a staff member & a customer,
The staff member has received a strict warning, he also acceptes the where he went wrong.

Previous TWC & disputes if applicable: None that has lead to anything bad.

Anything else you wish to say:
As a $1000 donor, a very committed member of the sythe community and as a service provider who strides to stay as one of the largest servers. I apologize on behalf of the manager in question, I would also like to note the exceptional feedback with vouches we have received since the issue and how we still continue to grow. We hope that one lack of judgement hasn’t tarnished your view of us here and we hope you can see how hard we have worked since that to improve in the departments that lacked professionalism.

I support removal but think that 1) everyone should be aware of how you behaved in this situation and 2) your reputation deserves whatever hit it's taken as a result of this.

 

I'm willing to look past your previous issues this time around considering you don't seem to do this consistently and have had a solid amount of vouches since you've obtained the TWC. Support from me.
