Baod services underpaying refund/threats

Today I was forced to accept 120m when I was owed 152m (which would of been underpaying anyway for what they owed me) baod said if I didn’t accept the 120m I would have to open a dispute and he would make he would keep me waiting as long as he could, he then went on to telling me he was going to punch my head in which the screenshot below shows, he did ask for my full address also I have pictures if anyone needs to see them. I also have a lot of other screenshots of our conversations we had they made me feel very little in most of them and I felt like I had no choice but to open this dispute now 730-F3-ACF-3-C09-4-B54-A276-39850800-E19-D

Explain the service:
I have used baod services for a lot of work now, on atleast 2 accounts, the pure being a pure normal account, one of their workers accidently ruined that pure and got 2 defence, we went on to agree on a reimbursement for that mistake and they was going to turn it into a rune pure, baod promised me one of the faster worker will be assigned to that job, weeks had gone by nothing had been started or attempted to do so, that cause slight up-roars as I paid good money for my services, rest assured this issue is now sorted they ended up paying me in osrs gold instead.
now the next issue, is my ironman (it was a low hp 1 defence gmauler in the making) so the account has a lot of work being done, either by myself or baods workers. so some of my services were mid-service, and 39th approached me and asked if I could give them some work for a private worker, I had 300m in the bank so I seen what he could do with 300m, he he would do 54-83 fishing/51-91 thieving for that amount (I agreed) I was told not to login my ironman whilst this service was being done by their 'private' worker so he can put in a lot of time and have it done faster, therefore I didn't login the account, until weeks later I logged in to find it was out of members with the service in-complete. I asked baod what was happening no one told me there wasn't a bond on it, no one messaged me to let me know, I was told not to login so how was I meant to know this without being informed by a worker/manager?
fair enough I then asked baod if he could bond it and ill pay back as I had my daughter at the time so I don't like taking time away to play games whilst I had her in my care, so baod agreed to do so, and forgot to bond it himself. which is fair enough but no one still said anything again after that until I checked the account again, so then I asked baod for refund, bare in mind 39th is in this conversation, baod agreed he would pay me 87m + 65m (87m is for the slayer/mith glove service on that same ironman acc) and the 65m is meant to be refund from the 300m (where as they only did 54-83 fishing and 51-59 thieving) so that somehow cost me 235m. at this point 39th jumps in and the whole story changes, they basically force me to accept 120m (although baod just stated 87m+65m) other wise baod said he won't refund me until I open a dispute and then even so he said he will make me wait as long as he can until I receive a my refund. in pictures below so I agreed but wasn't happy in the message,
one of his workers had previously purchased an acc from me, so I took that account back until I received the remainer 32m they owed me. baod then seen sense and decided to give me the remaining 32m, but whilst he did that someone (only could be him/39th/worker to do with baod) logged in my iron man and got the defence to 2, now that is fully ruined every bit of money I spent to get that account how it is, is down the drain.

I also received many threats from them now, one being baod saying he will punch my head in, and asking for my full address
2nd one being 39th practically saying he will dox me as he has my information (pictures also below)

He done a private sale with one of my workers. (Nothing to do with me)
i then hear he has re-claimed The workers account, due to " Being owed 32m"

Hey it was pretty much his manager taking the requests for services as baod isn't around a lot himself, how do I get the discord UID mate? as not to sure but heres proof of the chats between me and his partnet '39th'

Edit; yes forced, you told me you would make me wait as long as u can for my refund
and did I read, cropped? does that screenshot look cropped to anybody here, please say if so
these screen shots proved what service I requested, I didn't state to required 2 defence in the process, that ironman already cost me a lot so every service they did for me has gone down the drain

@callooon has received a dnt for recovering his account after sale. I understand he was trying to get Baod and his manager's attention but this is not the way to do it.

@Baod has received a twc for the comments made by his manager, who clearly doesn't care about sythe rules. Any customer who deals with Baod/his manager should be aware of the comments he made in this report
