banning weed threads from off topic

Just punish the people who make useless threads, but dont get rid of the the whole idea of weed threads.

 

but all the threads are absolutely useless and have no real point for discussion.


show me one thread where there is a legit discussion going on that doesn't require the iq of a 3rd grader to understand

 

I support I think it leads to horrible discussion there are only so many things you can say about weed.

 

Again, i'm not really boasting. To boast is basically to brag, and i'm not doing so.

This is what i've been saying. It's not that often that you see that type of threads, and they're amusing most of the times.

 

why would you want to limit what people can/can't talk about in their respective sub forums? Absolutely no support.

If a smoking weed thread was something that people could actually talk about or it was a constructive then I do not think it would be worth closing or deleting whatever is being done to them but it its just a bummed out thread then yes probably belongs in the spam forum or wherever.

 

How is any type of smoking weed thread constructive? Honestly, it just promotes unwanted spam and gives people post count for spamming.

Nah seriously I don't smoke weed, but if you see a thread about weed and don't wanna hear people talk about weed how about you just dont go into the fuckin thread it's not really affecting you in any way.

How are you gonna ban a discussion topic, if people want to talk about it let them. Why would you let that have affect on you.

they don't even delve into any reall discussion. its fucking pointless

 

I really don't care about drugs, nor do I like them at all, but I will defend their right to post their crappy threads tbh. It's like all of those threads in the SF... you just gotta ignore them. I just think they should have their right to make their crappy threads.

As for a whole section dedicated to it, sure. All that means is that people don't have to sift through the drug threads.

Didn't really read other replies but I read this one. If this is the case, shouldn't they be being infracted for spam? Or perhaps one of them can make a "Who Smokes omgomgomg430" thread for everyone and make a list of them.

 

Yeah but if you just said it is a "crappy thread" it won't promote anything in the direction of a positive discussion so why couldn't it just stick to the spam forum?

 

Support. Not really conducive to good discussion. Couldn't care less if people smoke, but agree they are pointless threads. personal support or spam forum should be where it goes

If these threads really are just asking who else smokes... they should be infracted and an all-in-one thread should be made by one of them instead, as previously stated... banning weed threads is just ridiculous IMO.

 

Yeah, I guess you have a valid point there.

 

If there is no grounds for discussion, it goes in the spam forum. I'll keep an eye on the poor quality threads.
