So I see a lot of different and well explained point of views on how you should and should not bot.

Some say using breaks = ban, some say 24/7 = ban. Some say 8 hrs a day. And some people tell you to stop botting if reported and lay low.

I'll drop my opinions and i'm looking forward to seeing yours!

    "Breaks = ban"

As far as this goes, I just do a roughly estimate for how I usually play, and with that I go with 3-6 hours between every pee break (Pee break is a 1-3min pause) + 15mins to eat every 5-10 hour. I NEVER use the fast-click premade breaks, tbh they are ridiculous and don't make any sense to me so I really avoid them as they make no sense (I never take 3-20 min breaks each 1-2 hr)

    "24/7 = ban"

Well, I'm still thinking about how safe and unsafe this is. Imo the top players have a nearly 24/7 activity, but then again I am pretty sure they are monitored. But then again, thousands of non-top ranked players have a very high activity logged on them, this is because some people out there can just play 24/7 due to some messy lifestyles so jagex can't judge the activity unless its like a month++ without stopping.

    "8 hours a day = safe"

Honestly this is just as safe as 5-20 hours imo. Yeah yeah the average player plays this long but the world is full of people that plays 12+ hours a day, and jagex don't know you so why the f*** should you waste 2-4 hours per day.

"If someone reports you, stop botting and stay low"

No offense, but I call BS BS BS on this one. Jagex already have the log for what you where doing up and to reported. Yes ofc, you might be positioned in the spotlight after being reported, but changing your playstyle drasticly after someone tells you they reported you seems more suspicious to me than just continuing the same way letting the anti-ban in your bot fake as much random stuff as possible to not act bot-like. So basicly, Here I just keep ignoring them and ask a friend a question like "Hey man how many sharks did you use to 99 cooking?" and when he replies ill go "ah thanks" just to do something nearly bot impossible and still not having to shut down.

By the way, I've botted 5/7 days a week, getting several 99's from pure botting during the last year. I'm not clueless, but I don't posses inside information, what I posted above was my opinions.

What are yours? How do you go under the radar? Oh and if you where banned during the last 6 months, please post it and tell us about it. Thanks in advance guys.

I got reported but didn't get banned, just be sensible and think of what an average RS player would do. They wouldn't play 24/7 but 8 hours a day is possible.

Yeah but playing realistic can still be 12 hours per day, which can make a difference of 1-2m cash or 100-400k xp per day.

I've been reported, failed randoms, and botted 10+ hours overnight for a year now. No bans. Only idiots get banned.

Never been banned. I have been reported and shit though, had my bot's stuck before for like 4+ hours. Had them take me to the other side of runescape, and just stupid shit, but never been banned.

honestly, I play 18+ hours a day sometimes so I wouldn't expect any botting to seem unusual

I have been reported at least 10 times give or take and remember watching a player mod talk to my bot without any response. Still nothing. I havent botted for a while though taking a break from runescape. I botted about 6-8 hours per day on a 1bil+ account (just cus its worth alot) and on my other bots I do around 20 hours, once I let my bot go 48 hours straight. Even botted on an account with 300 quest points which is a huge risk and still nothing yet. Either they are planning a mass ban later on or something or its just undetectable with todays bots. I remember being paranoid at first botting but a few days later it became like a normal thing to do =P

I only have been banned once a long time ago though when bots/macros were still being developed and well...sucked hard =P Was a woodcutting bot btw lol.

Yeah I suspect a mass ban coming soon, its been quiet for so long. But I've seen people talk about rollbacks this year so maybe they just suck at detecting? ;o

Best theory I can offer, other than a mass ban waiting, is that Jagex just wants the game to go to Hell now so they can move on to the next big thing :p

Agree with the 2nd part. I think they're trying to suck this game for all the money they can then move onto different project.

okay if your scared of getting banned then, well first buy a baseball bat, a plastic suit, and plastic gloves. buy some hydrochlorine acid, and 14-20 lemons. now you want to backtraces the suspected reporters ip. after you reroute it to find his adress, buy the quickest ticket you can to get there. make sure you take a taxi to get to his house, a bus would be too suspicious. now knock on his door pretending to be looking for someones address and knock him out with the hydrochlorine acid. now quickly smash his head with the baseball bat, killing him instantly. squeeze the lemons on him to help decompose his body faster and to help the smell. after this, find the computer he used to report you. simply hack the fagex firewall, and using his ip (the one who reported you), find section C.a and delete the report. be on your way home and enjoy your safe account.

I do manual breaks, since built in breaks look really suspicious.
