Banned with ~1T

My dear friends and fellows!

I’m certainly not seeking any sympathy or donos but rather feedback/advice from any seniors!

I recently got into collecting RS3 rares.

I had no problem buying max shards and smaller rares, wreaths etc. for BTC.

the accounts were all aged 10+ years mid lvl combat (granted I hadn’t played on them in 5+ years)

over the past 2 days no matter what I did to prevent getting caught for the RWT, I would get caught and banned.

I luckily saved some hats, but did lose 31 of the 1000 holly wreaths in existence (sorry lol)

I know everyone has there own methods of preventing a ban for RWT - some proprietary and some not.

I’d love to hear some general public knowledge on what to do to prevent RS3 RWT bans (I’ve been super successful in OSRS and have methods for OSRS) but am somewhat stumped for RS3

Best bet to avoid detection would be with a high lvl maxed main. should be same the same way for Osrs. Never had a ban with a maxed account buying bils. Yet alone never had a rwt warning either. Good luck to you!

1. Be a real player.
2. Trade with another real player, on his main.

Problem now though is that Jagex might be watching your IP.

 

Yeah forsure - I called my ISP and fully got my IP changed. New router and everything.

 

Im maxed on osrs and ranked in the 5-10ks ive transfered billions from mule and the mules have been banned but never the main. Not sure if theres any rhyme or reason behind it but thats my two cents

 

Sounds similar to me.

I got fully nuke mode on me when I sorted some RS3 for a customer, was only around 1B but yeah they couldn't collect it so I had to and got slapped lol. Only time I have been banned in years, and it was RS3. Seems they are quite hot on it >.<
