Banned unfairly [Video]

I believe I was unfairly banned, the story is, this client decided to get a boost, he found one of my boosters that just recently joined and did only 1 job, was on trial basically.

In the screenshot you can clearly see that I stated MY SKYPE TO BE ADDED, because when business goes through my skype I always cover for any damage the client might have from reckless boosters, and ofcourse take cuts for successful jobs.

I was on a trip for 2 days BEFORE the incident, I was actually home and ready to take further orders, yet the client decided to go directly to the booster, why? To save money ofcourse, to avoid my fee, because the boost would of been 30 or 35$ if it had went through my skype. Booster was ofcourse immediatelly fired.

He got scammed and now the client suddenly wants money from ME, the person he initially avoided just to save money.

I cannot stress enough how absurd this is.

I'll try to show a little analogy, Imagine yourself running a plumbing company in the city of New York, your employee travels all the way from the suburbs to work, and on weekends he does side jobs and fixes his neighbours' plumbing, he charges very little because there are no fees, taxes or any other protocol like insurance, which was critical in our case. He once breaks the neighbours' plumbing and the neighbour is bad, why exactly should the plumbing company pay for the damage? They had ZERO influence on the plumber and had no clue what is going on.

Dear admins of Sythe, I hope you realise I cannot possibly track what 25 of my boosters are doing at every given time of the day, that would be just impossible, I cannot be held responsible for actions of boosters in their free time.

I have never scammed anyone through my official skype and I will not, I'm trying to run a legitimate business here.

Tagged Video. While you are responsible for your workers if his skype wasn't listed on your thread as a contact method then technically while he did attempt to use your thread to boost his reputation the work wasn't being done through you.

 

Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ. Thus, if a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid.

You are responsible for your workers' scams, simple as that. If you hire only trustworthy people to be your employees, then you won't have to keep tabs on them. You'll be unbanned when the amount scammed is repaid

We're going to clarify the rule and I'm lifting this ban on you but do exercise caution in the people you hire to avoid this in the future
