Try the Runescape general section. This comes up all the time. Somewhere lying around is a good template page. Basically, it's almost impossible to get unbanned but you can try and convince them that it was a friend's fault. I mean, it's gonna be very hard.

the best way is to never admit you botted, once you've done that you're relying on sympathy for your account back, which wont happen.

 

You can say that someone took your ip adress say "Check the ip adresses they do not match"
