Banned For Misunderstanding Please review

Dear Admin,

A ban has recently been placed on my account under the accusation of fraudulent vouches with member "sythe merchant"

This is completely understandable as there was no thread created but vouches magically appeared on each others profiles. It's great to know how sharp you guys are in keeping on top of scammers and low lifes.

But in this case, it's a mistake. I've got a vouche on my profile for £600 worth of gold being sold. I've sold allot more than that to sythe, yet only requested 1 vouche.

I've got evidence on my phone of multiple purchases including the vouched purchased. With text messages, bank details, confirmations of payment etc etc

Please provide a private method in which I can upload pictures directly to you with solid evidence of sales.

Dear Sythe

My account "Joe Watts" & Account "Sythe Merchant" are currently disabled.

We are facing accusations of fraudulent vouches and trades. As well using same IP addresses.
Yet myself and the Sythe Merchant live far apart. Have never met in real life. And cannot have matching IPs?

I use my laptop from home in Somerset, he uses a mobile device elsewhere. I don't understand how it would be possible to have matching IP's.

I've spoken to Admin Chloe on discord who was nice enough to attempt to resolve the situation with me over live chat. In that conversation I've sent loads of screen shots of bank statements, text messages, Skype chats proving our innocence. Every point requested by Mod Chloe was answered with solid evidence.

Please help us get back online ASAP. As our reputations are at stake and we have done nothing wrong. We love Sythe and respect you and the rules.

Refer to my answer written above. If @Chloe was the one you spoke with on livechat you're free to handle this any further with her, but since she didn't unban you I'm assuming you didn't provide her with the required proof aswell.

 

Bans have been lifted, I suggest not vouching for each other in the future as it will most likely cause more problems in the future.

If you do decide to trade each other again, I suggest downloading Skype or Discord and not texting to do a gold trade.
