apparently I've got some sort of a ban on my sythe account which I have no idea how or why could someone help me out please

Are you referring to an infraction? Because this account isn't banned as stated above. It is possible you have an infraction on your account though.

Have you tried looking up your old account here on sythe and searching for its ban reason?

nevermind it was a dodgy deal some guy was trying to tell me he wouldn't go through sythe as I had some ban or something I thought he was bullshit thanks guys
