Ban on Bad Foods

I was watching the radio, yes, and I heard on the news that a bakery always gave thier day-old doughnuts to an old person home but due to bad health, the old people are being restricted from eating doughnuts(keeps in mind its for the rest of thier life...). Then, the lady talked about how there might be bans on foods that are bad for us. They reffered America (o btw, this is America we're talking about here, for anyone who lives elsewhere) to China, saying that if these restrictions are passed, then America will be able to be considered communist...

(btw, im not talking about bans on fats, like McDonalds a few months ago, im talking about restrictions on food, like ice cream...)

Will never happen, but if it did it would turn out just like prohibition. Can you imagine people being arrested for smuggling twinkies accross the border?
