ban evading?

hey mods
i was just recently looking over the rs sections on sythe and i click on a section and then suddenly i have been temporaly banned for ban evading?

i ask you how was i ban evading, i have never even been banned before in the first place?

so could you please explain to my why i was ban evading and also lift the ban
