How was i ban evading???

hi im rsguru666, i created this account so i could get some answers about my temporary ban for ban evading?

i have never been banned on sythe so i would just like to know why i have been banned for ban evading.

i was just borwsing the forums as usual and i clicked on a topic and all of a sudden im banned for ban evading wtf?

please could someone look into this for me
