Ban Dispute On Folt

First of all I just want to apologize for multiple threads on this dispute, for some reason I couldn't figure out how to post a reply on the other disputes in the dispute archive. I have video proof that contains an explanation and proof of the conversation with Tess Jaffer. The key points of the conversation were pasted into my previous dispute submission, so if you wish to read into that, it is available in text as well as on my video.

I just wanted to thank the mods here at Sythe for their continual cooperation with this dispute after submitting a third thread now. I understand the rules of not posting duplicate disputes but for some reason I could not find the option to post a reply on other disputes in the archive.

Ok, after watching that video and reviewing the entire conversation, this is what I gather from all this:

• You purchased 2 names from $24 each
• You sold one of the names, and somehow they were both recovered (you 2 are still trying to figure out how this happened - but it's clear the accounts have passed through many hands)
• In a rage/panic, without contacting Tess first, you charged back the $48 that you paid for the names
• Tess filed a dispute on MMO Exchange and you were banned for charging back and not responding to the dispute right away
• You have since contacted Tess, and have been deliberating for days and trying to come to a mutual conclusion

Correct where I am wrong in the above scenario.

What I gather from the end of the conversation though, is that you still have not retracted your claim of the unauthorized transaction, which is why you are still banned on MMO Exchange.

I would like some input from the rest of the staff here on when you should be unbanned. Personally, I think you need to retract the claim of unauthorized payment first and get Tess to retract her dispute on MMO Exchange and get your account unbanned over there. I think that after that happens then you most definitely can be unbanned here on Sythe.

In the mean time - I am going to accept your request on MSN so we can keep in close contact as this situation unfolds. I thank you for your patience in the mean time.
