Below I will paste the full skype conversation with the MMOExhange user "Tess"
Who the dispute on MMOEXHANGE was with.
Here is some background information on what happened in our trade.
She sold me runescape accounts (2 of them) for paypal money. The accounts she had were previously owned by one of her close friends but she garanteed my safety with them and we had future deals lined up to do in the future (Which obviously will not happen now). She sold me two rare usernames attached to accounts, the names were Hear and Hold. I purchased these accounts with the means to resell them for profit. I made a sell to another user of the name Hold. He paid for the fees to use an OMM on the account and also put a membership. 2 weeks later Hold was recovered from him, and I felt personally obligated to refund the price he payed as well as the fees and membership cost because I felt that it was my mistake for selling the account that was not orginally created and secured by myself (Which i rarely do). The other user Tess is extremely inactive, which you can probably see on the time between messages in the conversation I will post below. She has always been inactive, so after the accounts were recovered I assumed that there was a large chance I would never speak to her again. With that thought and built up frustration from the accounts being recovered, I filed a dispute on Paypal so that my funds would be returned. Later that night when she came online, she contacted me and pasted the paypal information that shows I had disputed a transaction from her (That is where the conversation begins.

Also the locked account (which ever one that was) i'm quite sure he unlocked it and holds it in his possesetion atm. How does that sound? (keep in mind this is to make up for the aditional costs).

The dispute i had placed on paypal was succesful, so technically the proof on paypal would not show as refunded, it shows that the dispute was approved. Therefore technically the funds were returned and not refunded.
On a side note, she still hasn't refunded to me the additional cost that I had refunded and lost on this transaction due to her absolute inactivity and slow response time with me.

The dispute i had placed on paypal was succesful, so technically the proof on paypal would not show as refunded, it shows that the dispute was approved. Therefore technically the funds were returned and not refunded.
On a side note, she still hasn't refunded to me the additional cost that I had refunded and lost on this transaction due to her absolute inactivity and slow response time with me.
