Actually, they should just ban anyone with stats other than 1. It takes time to gain levels, not everyone has time for that.

Curses should be allowed. Overloads are complete bullshit though and should be kept out of PvP altogether. Non-CB related advantage.

Overloads should be allowed for the same reason things like rapiers are.

 

Rapier requires an attack level of 80. Attack gives you combats, I have no problem with that. Herblore doesn't give you combats.

 

You need combat stats for the overloads to be effective. People that take the time to get extremes should be allowed to use them, herblore is an expensive skill and I think you should get advantages towards the wildy. Plus the wildy was always an "anything goes" area, so I doubt jagex is going to somehow limit it where you can't bring overloads/extremes past the ditch or something. People can do tons of things to gain non cb advantages already, extremes should be allowed.
